HOW WE DO WHAT WE DO  

Our group based workout system is designed to be an immersive experience. We create an exciting studio atmosphere and provide dynamic HIIT workouts that change weekly for optimal benefit. Our small group classes lead by amazing trainers are a HIIT style workout including a mix of Strength, Conditioning and a Hybrid of the two. Warm Up:

A dynamic warm up to help with acclimation and get the oxygen circulating in your body to avoid injuries. We also huddle up to get everyone pumped up for the workout.

Circuits:

Circuits that are a mix of strength, conditioning or a hybrid of the two depending on the day. Lots of functional movements to help you build strength, improve your cardio, and help with your overall endurance.  

Cooldown:

To gradually reduce your heart rate and bring your body back to equilibrium
