AIRLAB Fitness is an innovative, technology driven group HIIT workout that will transform not just your fitness but your overall health and wellness. We use Simulated Altitude Training technology to mimic the conditions of training at high altitude by reducing the amount of oxygen, which encourages the human body to push its limits and get fitter faster. This training method is 100% safe, non-invasive and is backed by extensive scientific evidence showing it is a proven method to improve overall performance and boost quality of life.
