CLASS TYPES

Power

The focus is strength and explosive movements. Slow controlled movements focused on lifting heavy to build strength and muscle.

Conditioning

The focus is endurance. Goal is to keep you heart rate at a specific level for a sustained period to build endurance and improve your cardiovascular system.

Elevate

The focus is performance. It is a mix of Power and Conditioning, and the focus is to increase your heart rate, agility and increase overall calorie burn.

The Climb

Our Basecamps are a mix of strength, conditioning, or a hybrid of the two depending on the day. Functional movements will help you build strength, improve your cardio, and help with your overall performance.
